Well it has certainly been the longest time since I have been here.  I'm just adding my 2008 books read to mty other space.  I can't believe that Christmas is over.  I'm gonna make popcorn tonight. 

  It is a beautiful, sunny day out, and I am in the house.  Oh well.  I don't have too much ambition anymore to do much.  Always tired and run down.  What is up with that?  I need to go outside and try to get J. up.  He just stays up too late at night, and now Batman (my pup) is waking me up at six in the morning instead of at seven, like he was for awhile.  Ah well.

 

I got a bit done this morning.  Kept up with my dishes and made a chocolate zucchini bread that is yummy.

So said, I will type up this recipe and post it sometime.

I can't believe that I have not been here for almost a year.  Geesh.  I've been working since May.  The weather did not cooperate with me all summer long.  Did not get my garden all the way in and because of all the rain.....I was not able to weed either. 

 

Also in June I got a new puppy.  Batman.  A doberman pincher.   

I'm going to have to type up my pumpkin crescent recipe to add here.  I thought I had it in my computer files, but I think not. Could not find it.  Guess if I did Iput it someplace that it should not be.  Ha.ha.ha.

 

Overcast day again today with temps at 34º when I got up at 0645 hrs.  I am patiently waiting for snow to fly.  Or fall or whatever. 

Well I'll have to say that today was a very busy day.  Got up early and finally got rid of my headache today.  My job ends in about 2 1/2 weeks.  Then I don't know what will happen.  Guess I'll just have to wait and see.   I don't really have very much to say.  So I guess I'll have some popcorn or something and go to bed and read.

 

Well good morning.  It froze last night.  Right now it is all of 30 degrees outside.  Brr.  Hope my pepper plant is okey that is against the house.  I still have not transplanted my rhoddy bush.  It is nice all day while I am at work, but when I get home. WHAM!~~~~ it rains.  Not only rains, but lets loose with a downpour.  That is not fair.

 

I am off to work today.  Buddy is trying hard to get that position back for me.  All I can do is cross my fingers and not worry about it.  Time to wash up now and get ready.

Good evening.  I just have not done anything at all since I got home from work.  Been trying to get onto the tv guide online, but is not working.  I think I will just stick to Dish network guide online.  Much better and easier to navigate.  They don't run you around and around in circles.  Whew.  What a waste of time on my part.

 

I do not work tomorrow.  My day off in the middle of the week.  2 more days of work, then 2 days off.  Not bad.

 

I brought my houseplants in a couple nights ago.  Thought it might freeze, but it did not.  My J. has gone over to his g.ma's to help haul some wood for her.  He will get paid for it I think.  The State Fair starts tomorrow.  Not sure if I will go or not.  Cost too much anymore and there really is nothing there.

 

Maybe I'll download some of my pictures from my camera tonight.  That may be a good thing to do.

I'm getting ready to go to work.  It was 40 degrees this morning at 0445 hrs.  I had brought all my houseplants in last night.  I was thinking that it might freeze, but it ended up clouding up a bit.

 

Oakfield, Me weather this morning is 68 degrees and fair at EST time 8:53 a.m. (4:53 a.m. Ak time).  It is fair there this morning, but by this evening they will have thunderstorms.  I wish we were back there.  I miss the place.  I missed all the apple trees blooming.  So sad.

I had forgotten about this space here that I have.  So way back in May 13th or so is the last time that I was here.  I don't think I have it in my favorites or anything.  I will have to remember this.
